In 2024 I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, and food stopped being something I took for granted — it became the thing I had to understand completely. I cut gluten and dairy and slowly rebuilt.
But finding clean, local, fully-labeled food was its own struggle, and defaulting to Whole Foods and Amazon never sat right — not when real farms sat fifteen minutes away that I couldn't easily find.
So I built the map I wished I'd had: the farms, ranches and makers near you, with every product labeled for the nine major allergens — so the next person doesn't have to piece it together the hard way.
